Mostar

Mostar is the largest city in Herzegovina and one of the most beautiful destinations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is famous for the Old Bridge (Stari Most), a masterpiece of 16th-century Ottoman architecture and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The city stretches along the emerald-green Neretva River and is known for its unique blend of Ottoman, Mediterranean and Austro-Hungarian heritage. Visitors enjoy wandering through the historic Old Bazaar (Kujundžiluk), exploring ancient mosques and churches, and watching the traditional bridge divers leap into the cold waters of the Neretva.
